Robert J. Van Der Wall, Of Counsel to the Firm, is a 1963 graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, N.J. (B.Eng.) and a 1975 graduate of University of Miami School of Law (J.D.), is a registered patent attorney, and has over 30 years of experience as trial counsel, expert witness and mediator in complex federal and state litigation involving intellectual property issues, particularly patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, unfair competition and licensing, commercial litigation, computer and internet law, prosecution of patent, trademark and copyright registrations, and licensing and assignments thereof.
