Lenard H. Gorman

Lenard H. Gorman , Of Counsel to the Firm, is a graduate of Boston University (J.D.). He was admitted to the Bar in 1971, U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court in 1975. He was admitted to the New York, Florida, U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida including Trial Bar in 1983 and U.S. District Court, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In 1981 he was admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth and Eleventh Circuits, in 1999 to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida and in 2000 to the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida. He graduated from Boston University (A.B., 1968; J.D., cum laude, 1971). He was a staff member of the Phi Alpha Delta from 1969 to 1970 and Editor of Boston University Law Review from 1970 to 1972. Mr. Gorman is a member of the Florida Bar, American Bar Association, The Bankruptcy Bar Association of the Southern District of Florida, Coral Gables Bar Association and Commercial Law League of America.
