Jason M. Wandner , Of Counsel to the Firm, earned his JD from the University of Miami School of Law, and was admitted to practice law in the State of Florida in 1997. Mr. Wandner was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1998, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in 2003, and the United States Supreme Court in 1998. Mr. Wandner practices in State and Federal criminal and quasi-criminal defense litigation, appellate law, administrative law, and civil and commercial litigation.
